A smoky, spicy and very lightly sweet, chilli condiment that lends a wonderful warming heat to an array of dishes. Made with Chipotle (dried Jalapeño) chillies, tomato, onion and garlic.
It goes extremely well with chicken - spread over chicken thighs, or a whole chicken, roasted. Or enrich vegetables such as beans (any black or white beans) or roasted potatoes. It’s also a great enhancement to sandwiches - add a dollop to the mayonnaise to give the filling a kick.
