Arredondos Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to the following workshops - private groups, team-building events and other corporate group bookings organised by Arredondos.
1. Booking and Payment
A workshop booking is confirmed only once the payment has been received in full by Arredondos.
All workshops are payable upfront. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment must be completed before the workshop, within one week of the invoice date. Arredondos reserves the right to release or cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment has not been received within the agreed payment period.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible if made at least 30 days before the scheduled workshop date.
If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the workshop date, the full booking amount remains payable and no refund will be issued.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email.
3. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule a workshop must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
Rescheduling is only possible if requested at least 30 days before the original workshop date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Arredondos.
4. Changes to Number of Participants
The number of participants may be reduced up to one week before the scheduled workshop date.
After this deadline, the most recently confirmed number of participants will be charged in full, even if fewer people attend on the day.
Increases in the number of participants may be possible, subject to availability, venue capacity and additional payment.
5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Dietary requirements, allergies and food preferences must be communicated no later than 1 week before the workshop date.
Arredondos will do its best to accommodate dietary requirements where reasonably possible. However, workshops take place in an environment where common allergens may be present, and Arredondos cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
6. Late Arrival
If participants arrive late, Arredondos will do its best to adapt the workshop where possible. However, the workshop may still end at the originally agreed time.
No refund or partial refund will be provided for late arrival or non-attendance.
7. Conduct and Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that participants behave respectfully towards Arredondos staff, other participants, the venue and any equipment used during the workshop.
Arredondos reserves the right to stop or adjust the workshop if participant behaviour creates an unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate environment.
Any damage caused by participants to the venue, equipment or materials may be charged to the client.
8. Force Majeure
Arredondos is not liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, illness, accidents, extreme weather, government restrictions, transport disruption, power failure, venue issues or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, Arredondos will work with the client to find a reasonable alternative solution, such as rescheduling the workshop.
9. Agreement
By confirming a booking with Arredondos, the client agrees to this booking and cancellation policy.
