Is Arredondos a meal kit?
Nope...we don't just send you ingredients. All our feasts come pre-prepared with only a few easy steps to finish and serve, so you can have a night off from the cooking
Do I have to subscribe?
Nope! Order as-and-when you like, to suit your schedule
How much cooking do I need to do?
Your feasts arrive fully prepped. You only need to take care of the last finishing steps - simply heat, garnish and enjoy.
We’ve done the hard work, so you don’t have to.
What cooking instructions do you provide?
With each feast, we provide a short printed guide with easy to follow finishing steps.
What kind of cooking equipment do I need?
You'll ned an oven, hob, or microwave for heating the contents. All our kits can be created with western standard cookware. Of course, if you do happen to have Mexican cookware such as ‘comals’ please feel free to use these!
How long do the food items last?
Store products in the fridge and consume within 1-3 days of delivery.
Can i freeze the items?
Yes. Most items in your feast - such as salsas, flautas, tortillas and the main ingredients - can be frozen for up to 3 months (see product pages for more details). Defrost thoroughly before using then cook according to instructions
When is the latest I can place an order?
The latest you can place an order for the following day is 10pm the day prior to delivery
Where is my order confirmation email?
Once your order is confirmed and the payment has been taken, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find it in your inbox. If you still can't find the order confirmation email, please reach out to us at hola@arredondos.nl and we will resend the order confirmation.
What’s the deadline to change my order?
Please contact us at hola@arredondos.nl. We’ll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes that are requested not less than 48 hours before midday of the scheduled delivery day. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund or re-delivery
Can I cancel an order?
Please let us know by contacting us at hola@arredondos.nl not less than 48 hours before midday of the scheduled delivery day and we'll be happy to provide a full refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund or re-delivery
Do you cater for special dietary needs?
